These terms and conditions apply to the Trends Footwear Powerplay Contest and aspects thereof (“Terms & Conditions”)
To participate in the Trends Footwear Powerplay Lucky Draw Contest, customers must make a purchase of INR 3,000 or more at any Trends Footwear Exclusive Retail Store in AHMEDABAD, BANGALORE, DELHI, HYDERABAD, JAIPUR, KOLKATA, LUCKNOW, or MUMBAI during the Contest Period (defined below).
This lucky draw Contest is run by Reliance Retail Ltd. (Reliance) for its Trends Footwear division.
Participants must follow Trends Footwear on Instagram @trendsfootwearofficial and register on our official website by submitting their name contact number, address along with their purchase invoice copy to be eligible for the Lucky Draw. Registration Website : https://powerplay.theofferclub.in
The Lucky Draw Contest ( ‘Contest’) is valid from 00:00 Indian Standard Time (hereinafter referred to as “IST”) on 28th March 2025 till 18th May 2025 22:00 IST (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period”)..
Upon participation in the manner prescribed herein during the Contest Period, Participants will have the opportunity to win prizes including Match tickets and other exciting prizes (“Exciting Prize”). Match Ticket winners and Exciting Prize winners will be shortlisted through random selection by engaging an external auditor in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Under no circumstances can ANY prize / ticket under the Contest (“Prize”) be exchanged or transferred or redeemed / encashable for cash, kind, or other Prize.
Only one gift (1 Couple Ticket) per Winner will be awarded. No deviations would be allowed in this regard

The Match Tickets offered will be Standard category - Couple tickets of value worth up to INR 20,000 maximum & winners will be announced 5 days prior to the actual match day on social media & via our Stores and will be communicated to customers for their confirmation of acceptance.
In addition to the other eligibility criteria contained herein, Participants having a valid PAN Card, having a validly registered mobile number in their name which number should be used to participate in the Contest AND any one of the following government approved photo ID proof, namely, passport, voter card, driver’s license, or Aadhar card which is valid during the Contest Period will be eligible to participate in the Contest.
Regarding Match Ticket Winner’s Travel Cost – winner shall bear his own Travel cost from their residing city to Match city .
Only winners of the lucky draw will be privy to the result.
The lucky winners will be contacted through the Mobile Number or Email address filled under the Coupon at the time of participation. If the Mobile number and Email Address are incorrect / mismatch, Reliance shall not be responsible in any respect of whatsoever nature.
Reliance shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations / if match adjournment is caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure
This contest or the prize cannot be clubbed with any other offer being run at store. The prize / match ticket is non-transferable and contested on a non-exchange basis.
Reliance shall not be liable under any circumstance if the winner fails to collect the ticket at intimated time/ date.
The decision of Reliance as to the interpretation of any Clause and/or selection of Lucky Winners shall be final and binding on the Participant in respect to these terms and conditions
Participation by customer in this contest is purely voluntary and by participation customer is deemed to have accepted to and abide by these terms and conditions and waive their right to claim any ambiguity. By Participating, the Participants give his/her unconditional consent for use of their personal data for use of Reliance (Reliance Retail Limited) or any of its group companies for future promotion/marketing.
Liability in what so ever manner, of Reliance is limited to the value of march ticket under the contest
Reliance being the administrator of this contest reserve their right to amend/ withdraw/ discontinue/cancel and modify the contest and its terms and conditions without any prior notice and assigning any reasons whatsoever to the customer / Participant under this contest.
Purchases made before or after the contest period shall not be eligible for any benefit under this Contest.
Reliance will not be liable in what so ever manner if the winner loss the match ticket.
This acceptance of the terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been given at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and the courts in Mumbai alone will have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in any way relating to or concerning these terms and conditions or any rights, duties, obligations or liabilities arising there under to the exclusion of all other courts in India.
By Participating in this contest the Participant/Customer grants to Reliance a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, assignable license to display, publish, announce or refer the details or photograph or name of the Participant/Customer / winners ("Material") in any form, electronic or print manner, venue, media or technology now known or later developed for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, for purposes of trade, advertising, and promotion as Reliance and its licensees or assignees determine, without any further compensation, notification, or permission.
Reliance reserves its right to display, publish, announce or refer the details or photograph or name ("Material") of any Customer/Participant / winner under this contest in electronic or print media, and such Customer/Participant / winner of the contest hereby unconditionally waives any and all current and future rights in the Material including right to claim against Reliance or its employees.
Employees of Reliance Group and their relatives, or employees of Reliance’s affiliates, group companies, and marketing and promotion agencies and their respective relatives are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
The Contest is subject to all applicable Central, State and Local Laws and Regulations in India.
